碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料加工研究进展

【摘要】 碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(Si Cp/Al)各项性能优异,但由于增强颗粒的存在,其加工性能很差。针对Si Cp/Al的加工已经进行了大量的研究,一般可分为传统加工和非传统加工两类。传统加工中普遍存在刀具磨损严重的问题,PCD刀具比较适合该种材料的加工。非传统加工中超声辅助切削具有明显的优势,铣磨加工易于加工复杂零件,但刀具耐用度有待提高。电火花、线切割和激光加工等方法加工精度较低,不适合Si Cp/Al的精密加工。

【Abstract】 The performance of sic particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites(Si Cp/Al) is excellent,but its processability is very poor due to existing of reinforced particles. A lot of research has been done on machining of Si Cp/Al composites,and generally falls into two categories:Traditional machining and untraditional machining. The tool wear is serious in traditional machining and PCD tool is relatively suitable for machining of Si Cp/Al composites. In untraditional machining,ultrasonic assisted cutting has an obvious advantage. Milling-grinding is easy to machine complicated part,but tool life needs to improve. It is relatively low that precision of spark erosion machining,linear cutting and laser machining,which is unsuitable for precision machining of Si Cp/Al composites.
