【摘要】 针对双列多功能制袋机出现的光电传感器出错、设备运动超速和温控失效等一系列问题,设计了一种故障诊断专家系统(DMMES)。着重介绍了故障诊断专家系统的结构组成、知识库的建立、推理机的设计和知识验证的方式并进行了验证,结果表明:所设计的故障诊断专家系统能够有效地对双列多功能制袋机诊断故障并给出故障建议,可达到较理想的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A fault diagnosis expert system( DMMES) was designed,which aimed at a series of problems of double row and multi-function bag-making machine,such as,error of photoelectric sensor,the over speed and temperature control failure in running of the machine,and etc. The DMMES’s construction structure,the knowledge base,the inference machine and the knowledge of design and validation method were emphatically introduced,and an experimental verification was given at last. Experimental examples results show that the designed fault diagnosis expert system can effectively solve the failure of to double row and multi-function bag-making machine,and give some suggests.
