白介素24抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展
Research advances in antitumor mechanism of IL24
【摘要】 黑色素瘤分化相关基因-7(MDA-7)/白介素24(IL24),是IL-10家族的成员之一,主要表达于人体脾脏、胸腺、外周血白细胞等免疫组织器官和正常黑色素细胞。IL24是一种独特的抑制肿瘤细胞因子,通过自分泌旁分泌方式调控,抑制肿瘤生长、侵袭转移及血管生成,诱导凋亡,可以选择性的杀伤多种肿瘤细胞,产生放化疗增敏效应,而不伤害正常细胞。但是目前对于其作用的具体机制尚不明确。
【Abstract】 Melanoma differentiation-associated gene-7( MDA-7) / interleukin 24( IL24) is a member of the IL-10 family of cytokines,mainly expressed in human spleen,thymus,peripheral blood leukocytes and normal melanocytes. Recently,Researches have shown that IL24 is a unique inhibitor of tumor cells,significantly inhibiting tumor cell growth and proliferation,invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis,and inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.Moreover,increasing evidence implies that IL24 may also enhance chemotherapy sensitivity and kill a variety of tumor cells without harming the normal cells. However,the molecular mechanism behind these effects is still not fully understood yet.
