西藏高校分子生物学教学现状及创新建议
Status Quo of Molecular Biology Teaching in Tibetan Universities and Suggestions for Innovation
【摘要】 本文就西藏高校分子生物学的教学现状和问题进行分析,提出西藏高校分子生物学的发展必须要改革创新。建议从加强师资队伍建设、教学内容改革、摒弃传统授课方式、拓展学生实验能力等入手,满足学校教学和学生学习需求,促进西藏社会发展。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the status quo of Molecular Biology teaching in Tibetan universities as well as some problems in it,and proposed innovation should be carried out in these universities.It suggested the innovation start from enhancing teaching staff construction,teaching content reform,discarding traditional teaching method and developing students’ experimental ability,so as to meet the requirements of both teaching and students’ learning,therefore,promoting the development of Tibet.
