高温季节“湿帘-风机”系统降温效果研究

【摘要】 试验采用"湿帘-风机"系统对妊娠猪舍在高温季节的降温效果进行了分析,探讨高温季节不同降温模式对妊娠猪舍的降温效果。结果表明:舍外热空气经湿帘后,温度可降低7.06℃,湿度上升37.20个百分点。当湿帘与风机距离相同时,风机安装于横墙或纵墙不影响降温效果。距离湿帘越远,舍内温度越高,湿度越低,风机口与湿帘处的温湿度差分别达1.88℃、8.66个百分点。连续监测该猪舍环境参数,舍内温度均在25.33~29.17℃范围之间,且受外界温度变化影响较小;二氧化碳、氨气、硫化氢气体浓度均在各标准范围内。研究结果表明,高温季节采用"湿帘-风机"降温系统,可改善妊娠猪舍内环境。

【Abstract】 Cooling Pad-fan system was used to investigate the cooling effect in pregnant sow pen during hot season in the study.The results showed that the temperature indoor was reduced by 7.06 ℃ and the humidity increased by 37.20 percentage,and the cooling effect was not influenced by the position of the fan.Meanwhile,the temperature indoor was increased with the distance of the pad.The humidity indoor was decreased with the distance of the pad.The differences of temperature and humidity between the fan and the pad reached 1.88 ℃ and 8.66 percentage,respectively.Continuous monitoring displayed the temperature indoor between 25.33℃29.17℃,which was not influenced significantly by outdoor temperature.The concentrations of CO2,H2S and NH3 were in the range of standards.Therefore,the system can improve the indoor environment obviously.
