晃荡对上升气泡运动状态影响分析

【摘要】 船用动力设备中气泡的运动会改变设备的换热特性,在设备晃荡条件下,气泡的运动规律变得更加复杂,严重时会影响系统的安全运行,因此需要对晃荡条件下的气泡运动行为进行分析。依托晃荡实验台架,采用高速摄影仪对静止和晃荡2种工况下的气泡运动状态进行采集,对实验数据进行分析处理,得到气泡上升轨迹和速度等参数。由对比实验分析得到晃荡工况下气泡运动的若干特性。晃荡条件下气泡运动特性可为船用动力装置存在气泡的设备的换热特性研究提供基础。

【Abstract】 Experimental research on bubble behavior under sway motion is carried out. Employing sloshing bench and high-speed camera, the behaviors of the bubbles in water under different conditions are filmed, including stationary condition and sloshing condition. Parameters like trajectory and velocity of the rising bubbles are obtained from the experimental results. Several conclusions on bubble motion under sloshing condition are reached: firstly, other than spiral up, the bubbles tend to swing up substantially under sloshing conditions; secondly, sloshing movement decreases the vertical velocity of bubbles and increases the variation amplitude of horizontal velocity; thirdly, the acceleration time of rising bubble is shorter under sloshing condition.
