基于传递矩阵法的2种过渡环形式球面舱壁结构强度分析

【摘要】 以2种过渡形式的球面舱壁作为研究对象,利用Riccati传递矩阵法对其结构强度进行计算并分析。研究了锥壳过渡球面舱壁中半锥角和球-环折角对结构强度的影响,建议优先选取较小的球-环折角;讨论了球壳及环壳半径对圆弧过渡球面舱壁的影响规律,认为在一定的球面舱壁长度下,存在特定球壳半径及相应的环壳半径使得应力状态最佳;比较了2种形式的球面舱壁结构,分析其结构强度差异。

【Abstract】 Studying on two kinds of spherical bulkheads with different structural style, the paper is concerned with strength analysis for them using Riccati transfer matrix method. The influences of semi-cone angle and curved angle in sphere-cone on the stress strength of spherical bulkhead with conical transition are discussed. The less curved angle in sphere-cone is suggested in priority. The influences of radius of sphere and toroid on the stress strength of spherical bulkhead with toroidal transition are also researched. In the condition of a fixed length of spherical bulkhead, it exist a certain radius of sphere and corresponding radius of toroid that make the stresses state better. Also, the comparisons of two kinds of spherical bulkhead in structural strength are given.
