应用于船舶部件加工质量的数据库设计
Design of database for marine components processing quality
【摘要】 为提高船舶制造效率,本文建立船舶部件加工质量E-R数据库。以某数控机床为研究对象,针对船舶结构切削加工的特点,以有限元计算为基础,对船舶部件加工过程进行了数值计算。计算结果表明:材料流动应力将随着温度的上升而逐渐下降,并且刀具前角绝对值越大,其切削力越大。在实际加工过程中,可适当提高工件温度,减小刀具前角。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency,this paper set up the E- R database of ship parts processing quality. Taking a numerical control machine tool as the research object,according to the characteristics of the ship structure machining,the numerical calculation is carried out. The results show that the flow stress of the material will decrease with the increase of temperature. In the actual machining process,the workpiece temperature can be improved and the rake angle of the cutter can be reduced.
