上海中心大厦新型阻尼器效能与安全研究
Research on performance and safety of innovated damper for Shanghai Tower
【摘要】 通过对上海中心大厦设置阻尼器的需求分析、价值实现、阻尼器的创新优化、安全分析及理论与试验验证,阐明了电涡流质量调谐阻尼器从技术概念到工程应用的实现方法。通过研发过程中不断改进、优化和全面的分析与试验,验证其在上海中心大厦工程中运用的可行性、安全性和效益性。作为被动式阻尼器新技术的开拓性研发与实践,取得了基本免维护、高灵敏度和可调阻尼比的创新成果其全过程技术工作的方法和成果对其他大型工程在阻尼器设计和运用方面具有较好的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Through demand analysis,value realization,damper innovation and optimization,safety analysis,theoretical and experimental verification of setting the damper for Shanghai Tower,the realization method of eddy current tuned mass damper technology was clarified from concept to engineering application. Through the development process of continuous improvement,optimization and comprehensive analysis and test,its feasibility was verified as well as safety and efficiency used in the Shanghai Tower project. As the research and practice of pioneering new technologies of passive dampers,the innovative results of basically maintenance-free,high sensitivity and adjustable damping ratio were obtained. The whole process of technical work and technical achievements provided a good reference for the design and application of dampers for other large-scale projects.
