【摘要】 目的 系统评价乌灵胶囊作为黛力新的增效剂治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效和安全性。方法 系统检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、万方医学网、中国知网、EMbase和Web of Science等数据库中关于乌灵胶囊作为黛力新的增效剂治疗PSD疗效的随机对照试验(RCT)。截止时间设定到2016年2月。两名评价员根据预先设定的标准独立地进行文献筛选和数据提取,Meta分析使用RevMan5.2软件。结果 共有11篇RCT符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果 显示,与单用黛力新相比,乌灵胶囊联合黛力新能更好地降低抑郁评分(SMD=-1.72,95%CI=-2.08~-1.36,P<0.01)和神经功能缺损评分(SMD=-1.27,95%CI=-1.80~-0.74,P<0.01),总有效率更高(RR=1.12,95%CI=1.05~1.19,P<0.01),且不良反应更少(RR=0.54,95%CI=0.35~0.83,P<0.01)。结论 乌灵胶囊作为增效剂能显著提高黛力新治疗PSD的疗效,且安全性更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of wuling capsul as synergist for deanxit on post stroke depression(PSD).Methods The randomized controlled trial(RCT)of wuling capsule as synergist for deanxit on PSD were retrieved systematically in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Wanfang,CNKI,EMbase and Web of Science databases.The deadline was seted by February2016.Two reviewers screened the literature and data extraction according to preset criteria independently.RevMan 5.2 was used to do meta—analysis.Results Totally,eleven RCTs were included.Meta-analysis showed that,compared with the single—use deanxit,wuling capsule with deanxit could better able to reduce depression score(SMD = — 1.72,95%CI =-2.08—1.36,P < 0.01) and neurological deficit score(SMD = — 1.27,95%CI = — 1.80—0.74,P<0.01),to get a higher total efficiency(RR =1.12,95%CI =1.05-1.19,P < 0.01) and fewer adverse reactions(RR =0.54,95%CI =0.35—0.83,P < 0.01).Conclnsions Wuling capulse as a synergist can significantly improve the efficacy of deanxit on treating PSD and better security.更多还原
