【摘要】 目的 探究情感气质对双相障碍患者服药依从性的影响。方法 纳入53例双相障碍患者,用气质自评量表评估气质类型。采用用药态度量表(Drug Attitude Inventry—10,DAI—10)和视觉模拟评分问卷(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评估患者服药的依从性。结果 VAS评分结果 治疗依从性评分为(8.2±2.6)分,时间依从性为(7.4±3.5)分,剂量依从性为(8.5±7.2)分。DAI—10评分为(2.2±4.5)分,VAS评分与易激惹气质评分呈负相关,与教育程度呈负相关;DAI—10评分与男性、抑郁气质分数和旺盛气质评分呈正相关。结论 伴有易激惹气质的双相障碍患者服药依从性较差,伴有抑郁气质或旺盛气质、教育水平高的患者服药依从性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of emotional temperament on medication compliance in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods Fifty—three inpatients with bipolar disorder were recruited.Temperament Evaluation of Memphis,Pisa,Paris,and San Diego—Auto questionnaire version(TEMPS—A) was used to assess temperament type.Drug Attitude Inventory —10(DAI—10) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) were used to assess patients’ medication compliance.Results It was showed that the treatment compliance score was(8.2 ±2.6),the time compliance was(7.4±3.5),the dose compliance was(8.5±7.2).The score of DAI—10 was(2.2±4.5).VAS and irritable temperament score was negatively correlated,and negatively correlated with the degree of education.DAI—10 score with male,depressive temperament score and hyperthymic temperament score were positively correlated.Conclusions These findings suggest that patients with irritable temperament may be poor in their compliance with treatment,and patients with depressive or hyperthymic temperament,high education levels have a relatively positive attitude towards medication.更多还原
