一种新型膨胀床分布器的设计和优化
Design and optimization of new type distributor of expanded bed
【摘要】 膨胀床分布器是影响膨胀床分离性能的重要因素。应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对一种新型径向流分布器结构与床层主体流动进行了三维模拟计算,研究了膨胀床分布器的循环比、喷头开孔方式和分布盘的锥角对膨胀床层内流场均布的影响。结果表明:在0到2的范围内循环比的逐步增大可以改善床层底部流体流速的分布情况,过大的循环比不利于床层的稳定操作;标准8孔分布器的流体均布效果最好,孔径增大和开孔数加倍模型均不利于流体的径向均布;分布盘锥角越大,分布器的流体径向分布效果越好,综合考虑能量损失和均布效果,最佳分布盘锥角为10°。
【Abstract】 The expanded bed distributor played an essential part in the performance of the expanded bed. The threedimensional numerical simulation of the structure of new radial flow distributor and the flow field within the expanded bed were calculated by CFD software. The circulation ratio,the styles of nozzle structure and the cone angle of the distributor were studied. The results show that the radial uniformity of the velocity in the bottom region can be achieved when the circulation ratio increases gradually in the range of 0-2. The excessive circulation ratio is harmful to the stable operation of the bed,and the standard model distributor with 8 holes can achieve the best uniform distribution of fluid. Neither the model with enlarged holes nor the one with doubled holes can improve the effect of fluid radial distribution. The large cone angle of the disk within the distributor can provide better fluid radial distribution,and the best cone angle turns out to be 10° by taking both the energy loss and the distribution effect into consideration.
