路轨平整度检测系统设计与实现

【摘要】 路轨的平整度直接影响列车运行的振动和平稳,直接影响列车提速的最高运行速度和钢轨的使用寿命。根据现行焊轨生产基地的实际工程需要,设计并实施了一套基于自适应技术的路轨平整度智能检测系统。系统采用激光长位移逐点扫描技术,提取路轨表面轨迹平整度信号,经数据辨识、融合和模型参考算法,进行计算机信息处理,检测路轨表面平整度数据是否落入误差带来判别合格与否,并以图形方式显示。通过实验室重复性测试及两年来在生产现场的实际运行,系统符合设计要求,检测可靠,性能稳定。

【Abstract】 The flatness of rail influences vibration and steadiness of train operation directly,and also has direct impact on the highest running speed and service life of the rail.Based on current practical need of rail welding production base,a set of intelligent rail flatness detection system is designed and implemented based on self-adaptive technology.This system adoptes long displacement laser pointwise scanning technology,extractes the flatness signal of rail surface,operates computer information processing after data identification,integration and model reference algorithms,identifies the degree of rail surface flatness,determines qualified or not by detecting whether the rail flatness data fall into error band,and displays graphically.Through repeatability test in laboratory and actual running on operation site in the past two years,this system meets the design requirements,and has the characteristics of reliable detection and stable performance.
