【摘要】 目的研究子午流注治疗胃脘痛的方法与效果。方法整群选择2016年6—9月医院收治的胃脘痛患者114例,采用随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者57例。对照组患者采用常规服用中药汤剂及抑酸西药的方法进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用子午流注治疗仪的方法进行治疗,对比两组患者1个疗程的治疗效果,以及治疗24 h症状缓解情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.49%,高于对照组患者的80.70%;观察组患者24 h症状缓解情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用子午流注的方法治疗胃脘痛,能够提高治疗总有效率,加强症状缓解,具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of meridional lingers treatment for stomachache. Methods Group selection the114 stomachache patients received by hospital from June to September of 2016, randomly divided them into observation group and control group, each group of 57 patients. The control group were treated by routine western medicine taking acid suppression method, and the observation group were treated in the same way, but they were added the treatment using meridional lingers instruments. Compared the therapeutic effect after a period of treatment, and Symptomatic relief level within 24 hours between the two groups of patients. Results For the observation group, the total effective rate of the treatment was 96.49%, which was higher than the control group(80.70%); and the symptomatic relief level within 24 hours of the observation group is also better than that of control group, all the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of meridian lingers for stomachache can improve the total effective rate and symptomatic relief level, this treatment has important clinical significance.更多还原
