【摘要】 目的探析内镜黏膜下剥离术对早期胃癌及癌前病变治疗价值。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2016年3月收治的150例早期胃癌及癌前病变患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各75例,研究组采取内镜黏膜下剥离术,对照组采取常规根治术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、并发症及复发情况。结果研究组治疗有效率93.33%与对照组80.00%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率及复发率分别为9.33%、8.00%与对照组(29.33%、24.00%)比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术对早期胃癌及癌前病变的临床效果确切,并发症少,复发率低,是安全有效的新型技术,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of endoscopic submucosal gastric cancer and precancerous lesions of early therapeutic value dissection.Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2014 to March 2016 were treated 150 patients with early gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group, 75 cases, the study group taking endoscopic submucosal dissection, control taking routine radical mastectomy group were compared therapeutic effects, complications and recurrence.Results Study Group effective rate 93.33% and 80.00% in the control group, the difference,was significant(P <0.05); Study Group complication rate and recurrence rate was 9.33%, 8.00% and 29.33%,24.00% respectively in the control group, the difference was significant, P <0.05.Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions of the exact clinical effect, less complications, recurrence rate, is safe and effective new technologies, worthy of promotion.更多还原
