276例中枢性性早熟女童性激素基础值与激发值关系的分析

【摘要】 目的研究中枢性性早熟女童性激素基础值与激发值的关系。方法整群选取该院内分泌科2014年9月—2015年12月收治的276例中枢性性早熟女童为研究对象,进行促性腺激素释放激素类似物(Gn RHa)激发试验,比较所有患儿激发前后的血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)浓度浓度情况。结果Ⅱ期患者Gn RHa激发后FSH、LH、E2的峰值分别为(9.48±2.84)IU/L、(18.11±12.61)IU/L、(43.13±25.02)pg/m L显著高于Ⅱ期Gn RHa激发前FSH、LH、E2的基础值(3.26±1.49)IU/L、(0.71±0.64)IU/L、(26.45±17.24)pg/m L。结论中枢性性早熟女童性激素基础值与激发值的关系,促性了腺激素释放激素类似物激发试验作为诊断性早熟的检查方法,具有良好的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between sex hormone basal value and excitation value of central precocious puberty girls. Methods Group selection 276 cases of central precocious puberty girls in our endocrinology department of our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, then carried out gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues(Gn RHa) stimulation test, serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), leuteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) potency before and after the excitation of all children were compared. Results Peak value of FSH, LH, E2 of stage II patients after Gn RHa excitation were(9.48±2.84)IU/L,(18.11±12.61)IU/L,(43.13±25.02)pg/m L respectively, which were significantly higher than basal values of stage II patients before Gn RHa excitation(3.26±1.49)IU/L,(0.71±0.64)IU/L,(26.45±17.24)pg/m L. Conclusion Sex hormone basal value has positive correlation with excitation value of central precocious puberty girls, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue provocative test has a good clinical application value as a diagnostic method of precocious puberty.
