【摘要】 目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年5月—2015年6月该院心内科收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,对其入院编号进行排序后,以随机数表抽取法分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40),给予对照组患者单用氨氯地平治疗,给予观察组氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。持续治疗3个月后,对两组患者临床效果,血压、血脂指标改善情况、用药不良反应进行观察对比。结果治疗组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且SBP、DBP、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG水平均低于对照组,P<0.05,上述对比差异均有统计学意义。治疗组有1例头痛、1例面部潮红、1例呕吐,不良反应发生率为7.5%(3/40);对照组有2例患者头痛、3例患者呕吐合并面部潮红,不良反应发生率为12.5%(5/40),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在高血压合并冠心病患者的临床治疗过程中给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,可有效提高疗效。降低患者血压和血脂水平,临床价值显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets for treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods Convenient to choose our heart treated 80 cases of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease patients as the research object from May 2014 to June 2015, its admission number is sorted, in a random meter extraction method is divided into the control group(n = 40) and treatment group(n = 40), control group patients’ amlodipine therapy, to observe group amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment. Last 3 months after treatment, the clinical effect of two groups of patients, blood pressure, blood fat index to improve the situation, drug adverse reactions were observed. Results The clinical total effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, and SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL- C levels are lower than the control group, P < 0.05, the comparative differences are statistically significant.Treatment group 1 case of headache, 1 case of facial blushing, 1 case of vomiting, the incidence of adverse reactions was7.5%(3/40); Control group had 2 cases for the 3 patients were headache, vomiting patients facial flush, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%(5/40), treatment group adverse reaction rate is lower than the control group, but no obvious difference, P > 0.05). Conclusion In the process of hypertension combined clinical treatment in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) give amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet oral treatment, can effectively improve curative effect. Patients with lower blood pressure and blood lipid levels, significant clinical value.更多还原
