【摘要】 目的探讨分析体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效。方法方便选取并回顾性分析2013年9月—2015年12月间在该院治疗的106例泌尿结石患者的临床记录资料,随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组分别为53例,治疗组应用体外冲击波碎石治疗,对照组采用传统排石汤治疗,两组均以7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后,比较两组疗效和不良反应,并比较两组结石排出时间、治疗前后的尿红细胞数目等观察指标。结果治疗后,治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为90.57%、75.47%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组结石排出时间为(8.52±4.49)d、治疗后的尿红细胞数目为(5.57±1.81)109/L均明显少于对照组,不良反应发生率治疗组为11.32%,对照组为28.30%,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the analysis of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods Convenient selection a retrospective analysis in September 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital treatment, the clinical records of 106 patients with urinary calculi. Randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and control group53 cases respectively, and the use of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for treatment group, control group adopts traditional stone soup treatment, both groups to 7 d for a period of treatment, after 3 period of treatment, compared two groups of curative effect and adverse reactions, and compare the two groups, before and after treatment of urinary calculi discharge time number of red blood cells such as observation index. Results After treatment, the treatment group and control group total effective rate of 90.57%, 75.47% respectively, compared with statistical significance difference(P < 0.05);Treatment group calculi discharge time was(8.52±4.49)d, after treatment of urinary red blood cell number(5.57±1.81)109/L were significantly less than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 11.32%, and the control group was 28.30%, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistical significance(P < 0.05).
