【摘要】 目的研究消化道吻合技术对吻合口并发症的影响。方法整群选取2010年1月—2015年12月该院对657例消化道疾病患者行手术治疗,比较患者的临床资料、手术吻合方式及术后并发症的发生率并按手术吻合方式不同比较手工吻合和器械吻合技术对吻合口并发症的影响。结果手工吻合的并发症的发生率为7.25%,机械吻合的为2.89%,两组数据对比,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新技术器械吻合技术的应用使吻合口的并发症日益减少,吻合器在消化道吻合技术中的应用具有并发症发生率低、操作简便、吻合密实等优点,所以值得临床应用与推广,但同样存在并发症的发生,传统的手工吻合技术依旧是外科医生的基本功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of digestive tract anastomosis anastomotic complications.
