【摘要】 目的分析不同的乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBe Ag)表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群水平差异。方法选择2014年10月—2015年12月于黑龙江省大庆市第二医院就诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者65例。根据HBe Ag的表达分为阴性组30例,阳性组35例。比较两组CD3、CD4、CD、CD4CD25百分率。结果 HBe Ag阳性组CD8(31.2±5.6)%、CD4CD25(31.8±5.5)%高于阴性组高于阴性组CD8(27.6±5.3)%、CD4CD25(28.6±4.7)%,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.6595、2.5293,P=0.0078、0.0114)。结论不同HBe Ag表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T淋巴细胞水平差异有统计学意义,且HBe Ag表达阳性者更为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the level of T cell subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B with different expression of hepatitis B virus e antigen. Methods 65 cases of chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected. According to the expression of HBe Ag, 30 cases were divided into the negative group, 35 cases in the positive group. Compared the two groups of CD3, CD4, CD, CD4CD25 percentage.
