【摘要】 目的探讨介入溶栓治疗和单纯抗凝治疗用于急性下肢深静脉血栓患者治疗中的临床效果。方法整群选取在2015年2月—2016年2月该院进行治疗的78例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,随机分为传统组和研究组,两组患者各为39例。传统组采取单纯抗凝治疗;观察组采取介入溶栓治疗和单纯抗凝治疗,对比传统组与研究组的临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,传统组治疗总有效率为76.92%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对39例下肢深静脉血栓患者采取介入溶栓治疗和单纯抗凝治疗,其临床治疗效果十分显著,改善了患者的病情,缩短了患者的治疗时间,减少了并发症的发生机率,加快了患者的恢复速度,在临床治疗上值得因应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy alone for patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods 78 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis from Februany 2015 to Februay 2016 were randomly divided into the two group,two cases in each of the 39.The traditional group was treated with anticoagulation therapy. The observation group was treated with interventional thrombolysis and anticoagulation alone. Results Compared with the conventional group,the study group patients thigh shrinkage is more evident,shorten the treatment time,treatment.Conclusion Shorten the duration of treatment for patients,reducing the probability of occurrence of complications,accelerate the recovery rate of patients,in clinical worth for application and promotion.更多还原
