【摘要】 目的分析高血压脑出血采用小骨窗开颅手术的治疗效果。方法:对我院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的50例高血压脑出血患者分为A、B组,各25例,A组采取常规的骨瓣开颅术治疗,B组采取小骨窗开颅术来治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 A组患者的临床治疗效率为72.0%,B组为96.0%,且A组生活能力恢复情况显著低于B组(P<0.05),羌率有统统计学意义。结论对高血压脑出血采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗,临床疗效显著,值得临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage by small bone window craniotomy surgery effect. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 50 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into group A and B, each 25 cases, take regular group A for the treatment of bone flap craniotomy, group B to take small bone window craniotomy surgery to treat, analysis the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients.
