【摘要】 目的分析支气管哮喘的病情风险评估及防治管理。方法整群选取该院2011年5月—2012年5月82例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组接受基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上另采取防治管理措施,观察两组高剂量吸入激素治疗情况,过去1年因哮喘加重看急诊的就医率、住院率等病情风险评估,生命质量评分及哮喘控制情况。结果观察组高剂量吸入激素治疗2.44%、过去1年因哮喘加重看急诊的就医率34.15%、过去一年因哮喘加重的住院率12.20%均低于对照组26.83%、65.85%、39.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生命质量评分(145.36±14.68)分、哮喘控制情况评分(21.36±3.57)分均高于对照组(114.69±13.59)分、(17.21±3.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者进行防治管理可降低患者病情风险评估,提高哮喘的临床控制水平及生命质量,可在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the condition of risk assessment and prevention of asthma management. Methods Group selection in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 82 cases of bronchial asthma patients for the study, patients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots and control group 41 cases. The control group received basic treatment, prevention and management of the observation group taking other measures on the basis of the control group was observed in two high-dose inhaled corticosteroid treatment in the past year due to asthma exacerbations see the disease risk assessment of emergency medical treatment rate, hospitalization rate, life quality score and control of asthma. Results There were highdose inhaled corticosteroid therapy 2.44% in the past year due to exacerbations of asthma emergency room for medical treatment rate of 34.15%, the rate of hospitalization for asthma exacerbation in the past year was 12.20% lower than the control group, 26.83%, 65.85%, 39.02%, there was statistically significant(P <0.05). Quality of life score in observation group(145.36 ± 14.68) points, the control of asthma score(21.36 ± 3.57) points were higher(114.69 ± 13.59) points,(17.21 ±3.24) points and statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The prevention and management of asthma patients can reduce the disease risk assessment in patients to improve quality of life and the level of clinical control of asthma, in clinical use.更多还原
