【摘要】 目的研究对尺骨冠状突骨折患者实施肘后侧入路手术的效果。方法整群选取2012年8月—2014年8月间该院收治的尺骨冠状突骨折患者52例进行研究。均实施肘后侧入路手术治疗并随访,对52例患者的治疗效果进行总结分析。结果 52例患者的手术完成情况较好,内固定无断裂、松动现象;骨折愈合时间为(12.61±4.31)周;治疗后的肘关节功能评分为(83.64±4.23)分,明显高于对照组的(60.99±7.62)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论肘后侧入路手术有较好的早期临床效果,稳定性较好,适合在临床尺骨冠状突骨折治疗中普及使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the implementation process fracture in patients with coronary elbow ulnar posterior approach surgery. Methods Group selection August 2012 to August 2014 between our hospital 52 cases of ulnar fracture sudden coronary patients were studied. All embodiments elbow posterior approach surgical treatment and follow-up, 52 cases of patient outcomes were analyzed. Results 52 patients completed the surgery is better, no fracture fixation, loose; fracture healing time was(12.61 ± 4.31) weeks; treatment after elbow score was(83.64 ± 4.23) points, significantly higher of(60.99 ±7.62) min, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Elbow posterior approach surgery have better early clinical effect, good stability, suitable for universal use in clinical ulna coronoid fractures.更多还原
