【摘要】 目的观察锁骨钩板内固定术用于肩锁关节脱位临床治疗的效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法整群抽选2014年5月—2015年5月该院接收的72例肩锁关节脱位患者,随机分作两组,一组为研究组,共36例,手术方式为锁骨钩板固定术,一组为对照组,共36例,手术方式为克氏针固定术,统计两组临床疗效与手术并发症,并进行对比。结果研究组优良率为94.44%,较对照组的77.78%高,P<0.05,两组优良率有统计学差异;研究组并发症发生率为5.56%,较对照组的25.00%低,P<0.05,两组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义。结论肩锁关节脱位采取锁骨钩板固定术治疗有切确效果,患者关节功能恢复理想,且并发症较少,推荐应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clavicular hook plate fixation for acromioclavicular joint dislocation clinical results,analysis of its clinical application.Methods The method of drawing in May 2014-72 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients in May 2015 the Court received randomly divided into two groups,one group for the study,a total of 36 cases of surgical clavicular hook plate fixation,a the control group,36 cases,surgical methods for the Kirschner wire fixation,statistical clinical efficacy and complications,and contrast.Results Excellent study group was 94.44%,compared with the control group,77.78% higher,P<0.05,significant difference between the two groups have good rate;Study Group complication rate was 5.56%,compared with the control group,25.00% lower,P <0.05 The complication rate was statistically significant.Conclusions Take acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment effect has cut indeed,restore joint function in patients over,and fewer complications,recommended application.更多还原
