【摘要】 目的研究超声乳化及小梁切除术对青光眼合并白内障患者疼痛、眼压的影响。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月青光眼合并白内障患者62例,随机抽签分为观察组与对照组,观察组31例(34眼)行超声乳化及小梁切除术,对照组31例(32眼)行超声乳化及房角分离术,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、眼压变化、手术前后矫正视力构成比和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术后24 h术后疼痛评分(VAS)较对照组显著较低(P<0.05);术后6个月观察组眼压较对照组显著较低(P<0.05);术后观察组视力在0.2~0.4区间的人数较对照组显著较少,视力在1.0~1.5区间的人数较对照组显著较多(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为8.82%较对照组28.13%显著较低(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化及小梁切除术可有效降低青光眼合并白内障患者眼压,疼痛程度轻,有临床应用推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of ultrasonic emulsification and trabeculectomy on pains and intraocular tension of patients with glaucoma and cataract. Methods 62 cases of patients with glaucoma and cataract treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the observation group(34 eyes) were treated with ultrasonic emulsification and trabeculectomy, the control group(32 eyes) were treated with ultrasonic emulsification and angle-closure, and the postoperative pain degree, intraocular tension change, constituent ratio of the corrected visual acuity before and after operation and incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score in postoperative 24 h in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); the intraocular tension in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group in postoperative 6-month(P<0.05); the number of cases whose vision was between 0.2 and 0.4 in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group after operation, but the number of cases whose vision was between 1.0 and 1.5 were obviously more than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(8.82% vs 28.13%)(P <0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsification and trabeculectomy can effectively reduce the intraocular tension of patients with glaucoma and cataract and the pain degree is mild, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.更多还原
