【摘要】 目的探讨桥小脑角脑膜瘤显微外科手术的效果。方法方便选取该院2010年1月—2015年1月收治的50例CPA脑肿瘤患者,进行显微手术治疗,观察肿瘤切除和术后情况。结果 CPA脑膜瘤SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ级切除41例,Ⅲ级切除7例,术中死亡2例;术后面神经功能保留率为72.9.0%,听神经功能保留率为52.10%。结论显微手术可有效减少CPA脑膜瘤患者的血管和神经损伤,促进神经功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of microsurgery in treatment of cerebellopontine angle meningioma. Methods 50 cases of patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma admitted and treated in our department from January 2010 to January 2015 were treated with microsurgery, and the tumor resection and postoperative condition were observed. Results The resection of cerebellopontine angle meningioma in SimpsonⅠand Ⅱ levels was in 41 cases, resection in Ⅲ level was in 7cases, 2 cases died during operation, the retention rates of facial nerve function and acoustic nerve function were respectively 72.90% and 52.10%. Conclusion The microsurgery can effectively reduce the blood vessel and nerve injury of patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma and promote the recovery of nerve functions.更多还原
