【摘要】 目的观察并探讨超脉冲CO₂点阵激光治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法整群选择2014年1月—2015年12月期间在该院门诊就诊44例面部萎缩性中、重度痤疮瘢痕患者进行超脉冲CO₂点阵激光治疗,治疗间期为2个月,共治疗3次,为1个疗程。观察并评估治疗后第2个月、第4个月与疗程结束后第3个月的疗效、发生的不良反应几率与持续时间的差异。结果患者治疗前与治疗后第2、4个月和疗程结束后第3个月皮损的积分不断降低,且治疗后第2、4个月和疗程结束后第3个月的效果相对比,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。患者治疗后都出现了红斑与疼痛,有11例患者出现了不同程度的色素沉着,持续时间分别为（2.2±1.1）d、（10.7±4.1）d、（14.7±5.6）d,都在8周以内消除平均误工时间为（5.7±1.2）d。结论超脉冲CO₂的点阵激光能对面部存在萎缩性的痤疮瘢痕者进行医治,不但安全有效,而且出现的不良反应较轻,值得在临床中推广及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and investigate the clinical effect of ultrapulse fractional CO₂ laser in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, ultrapulse fractional CO₂ laser treatment was performed in 44 patients with moderate and severe facial atrophic acne scar admitted in our department. The treatment interval was 2 months, 3 times was a course of treatment. The efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and the duration was observed and evaluated 2 months after treatment, 4 months after treatment, and 3 months after the course of treatment. Results The skin lesions integral gradually decreased in 2 months of treatment, 4 months of treatment, and 3 months after the course of treatment compared with that before treatment, and the difference in the efficacy in 2, 4 months after treatment with that in3 months after the course of treatment was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After treatment, erythema and pain occurred in the patients, 11 patients had different degree of pigmentation, the duration was respectively（2.2±1.1） d,（10.7±4.1） d,（14.7±5.6） d, but all disappeared within 8 weeks. The mean tardiness time was（5.7±1.2） d. Conclusion Ultrapulse fractional CO₂ laser is a safe and effective treatment for facial atrophic acne scar with mild adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
