【摘要】 目的探讨产前相应干预对产妇产后抑郁以及婴儿的影响。方法行产前检查、并住院分娩的初次怀孕孕妇160例,随机分成两组,每组80例,两组年龄、体重、教育水平和健康状况基本匹配。实验组妊娠期给予音乐、有氧运动、心理咨询疗法干预,对照组常规护理。记录产妇的生产方式和婴儿出生时候的健康状况。应用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评估产后6个月产妇抑郁情况。应用Apgar评分评定婴儿健康状况。所获数据采用t检验和x~2检验。结果 EPDS评分:实验组有抑郁症者6例,占7.50%。对照组有抑郁症者21例,占26.25%。两组比较,x~2=10.025,P<0.005。新生儿出生1 min Apgar评分,≦7分者,实验组6例,占7.50%;对照组21例,占26.25%。两组比较x~2=10.025,P<0.005。剖宫产实验组12例,占15.00%;对照组33例,占41.25%。结论孕期音乐、有氧运动、心理咨询等护理干预对产后抑郁症有明显的预防作用,促进母儿健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the corresponding intervention of maternal prenatal postpartum depression and the impact of a baby. Methods Antenatal examination, and was hospitalized childbirth first pregnancy, 160 cases of pregnant women, and randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group, two groups of age, weight, education level and health status of the basic matching.
