【摘要】 目的建立复方红豆杉胶囊的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱柱为Agilent TC C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:227nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0m L/min。结果建立了复方红豆杉胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了14个共有指纹峰,确定了其相对保留时间和相对峰面积的范围。结论该方法准确、可靠,可为复方红豆杉胶囊的质量控制提高参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Fufang Hongdoushan capsule. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Agilent TC C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) was used,with acetonitrile- water as the mobile phase for gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0m L·min- 1. The detection wavelength was 227 nm,the column temperature was 30℃. Results 14 characteristic peaks were indicated in HPLC fingerprints. The relative retention time and ranges of relative areas of the common peaks were also determined. Conclution This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Fufang Hongdoushan capsule.更多还原
