【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将170例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联用自拟中药方剂治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床效果以及随访半年后复发情况。结果治疗组患者治愈率、总有效率分别为69.41%、88.24%,显著高于对照组患者的36.47%和54.12%(P<0.05);半年后随访,治疗组复发率为8.24%,明显低于对照组27.06%(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上联合中药治疗,可有效改善口腔黏膜充血状态,减少复发,提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulceration( ROU),and provide the basis for the treatment. Methods 170 patients with ROU were randomly divided into 2 groups,85 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,the treatment group received combined Chinese and western medical treatment,observe the curative effect. A follow- up appointment was given 6 months affer treatment,the related data was recorded for statistical analysis.Results After treatment of 20 d,the curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 69. 41% and 88. 24%,significantly higher than 36. 47% and 54. 12% of the control group,the clinical curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). According to the follow- up appointment,7 cases of the treatment group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 8. 24%,while the relapsed cases of the control group was 23,the recurrence rate was 27. 06% with statistical significance( P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine western medical treatment,combined with Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the congestion of oral mucosa,reduce the rate of recurrence and improve curative effecacy,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
