网络视频监控系统中码流平滑方法研究

【摘要】 对监控系统中多路码流汇聚后的码率波动情况进行了详细的分析,给出了不同路数汇聚后最大瞬时码率的概率分布.分析表明I帧编码后数据大于P帧编码后数据是造成高瞬时码率的主要原因,基于此,针对实时性要求较高的实时视频流量,这部分流量从IPC发送到存储服务器,然后从存储服务器或流媒体服务器转发给客户端并播放,提出了基于SP帧的码流平滑方法.该方法使用SP帧代替I帧,可以在不引入延时的情况下,对码流起到很好的平滑效果.实验结果表明,该方法在平均码率和存储空间少量增加的情况下,具有良好的码流平滑的效果.

【Abstract】 The bitrate fluctuations of multiplexed stream was analyzed detailed,and the probability distribution of maximum instantaneous bitrate of multiplexed stream.Analysis showed that I-frame encoded data is greater than P frame coded data is indeed the main reason of high instantaneous bitrate.Based on this,for video stream with high real-time requirement,which was sent from the IPC to the storage server and then forwarded to client and played,the smoothing method based SP frame was proposed.I frame was replaced by SP frame in the method and it had a good smoothing performance without extra delay introduced.The experimental results show that this method has perfect smoothing performance with a small amount of average bitrate and storage increased.
