【摘要】 粤港两地国际金融中心分别是香港与广州的超高层建筑地标典范。二者因地理、人文渊源、定位相似,相互之间具有丰富对话关系,在表现形式及本质内涵上有诸多共同点,但也存在更多差异之处。选取二者作为对比对象,对相似性和差异性的内在成因逐层探究分析,发现建设中存在的差距,对于理解两地城市建筑嬗变,把握典型超高层建筑形成和特征,指导城市CBD区域超高层建筑发展和建设好我国国家中心城市具有现实借鉴意义和参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the IFC of Hong Kong and Guangzhou for example,the reasonable design will be pretty significance for sustainable urban development.Different manifestation and value tropism had different architectural idea and aesthetic sentiment.We try to explore the similar and the difference,super high-rise building formation and characteristic,and the disparity of development between them.As the research,the both buildings can be evaluated in order to play a guidance role in design super high-rise building in CBD.更多还原
