【Abstract】 New Type of Old Town refers to the early developed area in fast growing cities, which has been through the process of prosperity and decadence in a relatively compact time. Renminnan District in Shenzhen is regarded as a typical New Type of Old town. Looking back on the spatial development and sorting out the present predicament of the district, the study tends to reveal the fast aging problem of new city centers, and discusses the sustainable strategy of further urban planning.更多还原
