性别与BMI对中学生足底压力的影响

【摘要】 通过Zebris测力平台对不同性别和BMI的中学生静态(压力中心移动的平均速度、足底压力95%置信区域、左右足多力平均差)和自然行走时(前脚掌压力峰值、足跟压力峰值、压力中心的平均移动速度、前后半足多力平均差)的足底压力参数进行测试,探讨性别和BMI对中学生动、静态足底压力分布的影响。分析发现:性别对足底压力各项指标的影响比较明显,男性的稳定性优于女性,但女性保持平衡的能力强于男性;在足底受力方面,男性的足底压力分布要比女性合理,只有静态左右足多力平均差不受性别影响;肥胖、超重或者过瘦群体的平衡能力、足底受力情况均与正常组有较大差异性,但肥胖、超重或者过瘦群体的平衡调整能力均优于正常组。

【Abstract】 In this article,we adopted Zebris load platform to test the plantar pressure parameter of middle school students of different gender and BMI static when standing( average moving speed of pressure center,more than 95% of the plantar pressure confidence region,force mean difference of the front and back half of feet) and natural walking( peak pressure of the front feet,peak pressure of the heels,average pressure center moving speed,force mean difference of the front and back half of feet) to explore the effect of gender and BMI on middle school students’ dynamic and static plantar pressure distribution. Results: the influence of gender on plantar pressure indicators is more noticeable,the stability of the men is superior to women,but women have better balance ability than men. In terms of foot force,men have more reasonable distribution of plantar pressure than women. Only static foot force mean difference is not affected by gender; Obesity,overweight or underweight population has bigger difference with the normal group in balance and the foot force,but overweight or underweight groups have better adjustment of balance ability than that of normal group.
