【摘要】 鉴于风险函数在生存分析研究中的重要性,构造了一种新的快速有效的基于极大似然估计理论的右删失数据风险函数直方图估计量,并对该估计量的基本统计性质进行了理论证明。对该估计量使用过程中重要未知参数窗宽的确定给出了三点建议,并对其中的交叉验证方法使用进行了说明。最后通过两个实例再次印证估计量的合理性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the importance of hazard function in survival analysis,this paper constructs a new fast and effective histogram estimation of the hazard function for right censoring data based on maximum likelihood estimation theory,furthermore the basic statistical properties of the estimation was proved。This paper gives three suggestions for how to determine the important unknown parameter window width in the use of this estimation,furthermore gives a detailed description for the cross-validation method,in the end this paper gives two examples to confirm the rationality and effectiveness of this estimation.更多还原
