【Abstract】 Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the constraints such as policies,regulations and management system,the maturity level of scientific and technological achievements in local colleges and universities,the ability of enterprises to undertake scientific and technological achievements,scientific and technological intermediary markets restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local colleges and universities.The higher authorities,local governments,scientific and technological intermediary markets and local colleges and universities should innovate and reform policies and regulations as well as institutional mechanisms to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local colleges and universities to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.更多还原
