不同分子筛催化剂对生物质快速热裂解气的原位催化转化的比较

【摘要】 用HZSM-5,USY-1,H-beta 3种不同类型的分子筛对木屑的快速热裂解气进行原位催化转化.研究了不同分子筛对积碳量、生物油产率、生物油组分分布的影响.实验结果表明,分子筛积碳量排序为:USY-1>H-beta>HZSM-5.生物油产率在使用催化剂后有所降低,并且HZSM-5产生的生物油产率最高.使用催化剂后生物油组分种类和含量都有明显的变化.3种分子筛中,HZSM-5催化产生的烃类含量大大增加,轻质苯酚含量也明显增加,重质苯酚和糖类含量明显降低,催化效果显著.实验结果可供选择和改性催化剂时参考.

【Abstract】 Experiment of in situ catalytic conversion of biomass fast pyrolysis vapors using HZSM-5,USY-1and Hbeta zeolite was carried out.The influence of different zeolite on the carbon deposits yield,bio-oil yield and distribution of bio-oil components was investigated.According to the results,the amount of carbon deposits produced on the catalysts is as follows:USY-1>H-beta>HZSM-5.After the employment of zeolite catalysts,the bio-oil yield decreased to some extent with HZSM-5generating the highest bio-oil yield.Besides,the variety of bio-oil components and their contents underwent an evident change.Among three different zeolite,HZSM-5displayed a superior catalytic performance,which is demonstrated by a substantial increase in hydrocarbons and an obvious increase in light phenols but a great decrease in heavy phenols and sugars.The results can provide some guide and reference for future selection of catalysts and further modification.
