PP333对紫甘薯幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 以"紫罗兰"紫甘薯为试验材料,定植后14 d用5个浓度PP333(30 mg/L、60 mg/L、90 mg/L、120 mg/L和150mg/L)溶液进行叶面喷施处理,以清水为对照。处理后10-20 d,测定紫甘薯幼苗的生长情况(根数量、根粗、蔓长和蔓粗等)、根系活力、叶绿素含量和光合指标(气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度及净光合速率等)。结果表明,5个浓度的PP333处理中,以90 mg/L溶液处理效果最好,能显著促进紫甘薯幼苗生长、提高根系活力和改善光合指标。

【Abstract】 With the seedling of "Violet" purple sweet potato as material,the effect of PP333 on the seedling growth of purple sweet potato was studied. After 14 days of planting,different concentration liquid of PP333(0.0 mg / L,30 mg / L,60 mg / L,90 mg / L,120 mg /L and 150 mg / L)was sprayed. 10- 20 th days after treated,the seedling growth(including root number,root diameter,root fresh weight,etc.),root activity,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters(including stomata conductance and transpiration rate,CO2 concentration intercellular and net photosynthetic rate,etc.)were tested. The results showed that the 90 mg / L PP333 liquid was the best treatment,it could significantly promote seedling growth,increase root activity and chlorophyll content,and significantly improve photosynthetic index.
