【摘要】 目的探讨固定义齿修复患者的满意度及其影响因素,主要包括:人口统计学因子、期望值和牙科焦虑症程度等。方法选取120例无精神病史并且能理解问卷内容的固定义齿修复患者作为研究对象,使用问卷调查等进行固定义齿满意度的影响因素研究。结果在人口统计学因子各组间与固定义齿满意度差异有统计意义的是性别、年龄、文化程度和平均月收入;无统计意义的是婚姻状况和职业类型。期望值和满意度的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05);而牙科焦虑症则相反。结论性别、年龄、文化程度、平均收入和牙科焦虑症均能影响固定义齿修复,而期望值、婚姻状况、职业类型等则与患者满意度无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigation and analysis of factors affecting the satisfaction of patients with fixed partial denture restoration,including demographic factors,expectations and dental anxiety degree. Methods Totally 120 patients with no history of mental illness can understand the content of the questionnaire,the questionnaire survey was used to analyze the relationship between patient satisfaction and its influencing factors. Results There was a statistical significance of gender,age,education level and average monthly income in the demographic factors and the degree of average monthly income of the two groups. There was no statistically significant correlation between expectations and satisfaction,while dental anxiety was the opposite.
