【摘要】 目的分析血液回收应用于非体外循环冠脉搭桥手术能否减少异体血输入量,减少输血并发症。方法120例患者随机分为研究组和对照组。统计围术期异体血输入量,并发症发生情况、呼吸机辅助时间、ICU停留时间(h)、术后住院时间,所得数据用卡方检验和t检验进行数据分析。结果研究组异体血输入量和并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸机辅助时间、ICU停留时间(h)、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组。结论血液回收应用于非体外循环冠脉搭桥手术能减少异体血输入和并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze whether application of autologous blood cell salvage can reduce the transfusion volume of allogeneic blood and reduce the complications of blood transfusion in off- pump coronary bypass operation. Methods Totally 120 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Perioperative allogeic blood transfusion during the operation,complications,mechanical ventilation time,ICU retention time( H) and hospitalization time after operation was recorded,and the above data were analyzed by chi- square test and t test. Results The volume of allogeneic blood transfusion and complication rates was significantly less in the experimental group compared to the control group,the time of mechanical ventilation time,ICU retention time( H),hospitalization time after operation was significantly shorter in the experimental group compared to the control group,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Application of autologous blood cell salvage in off- pump coronary bypass graft operation can reduce the volume of allogeneic blood transfusion and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
