【Abstract】 The membership satisfaction is the key to profitability,which restricts the development and competitiveness of the club,and it is the core value of the club’s development.In this paper,through the investigation of the satisfaction of the members in Shijiazhuang Baoli fitness club,we analyzed the influenced factors of the club members and explored the effective ways of stimulating the consuming of the club members.The purpose is to promote the healthy development of the fitness club,improve the fitness awareness of community residents and provide necessary theoretical reference.更多还原
