【摘要】 基于国内已有的相关研究成果,结合区域经济与生态发展特点,以城镇化为驱动力,利用PSR模型,构建城镇化率、城市生活垃圾无害化处理率、建成区绿化覆盖率等土地生态安全评价指标体系。运用熵权法确定各项指标权重,根据归一化指标数值和权重,计算衡阳市2004—2013年的土地生态安全综合值并对其进行动态分析。结果表明:衡阳市土地生态安全综合值由2004年的0.129 704提高到到2013年的0.853 102,总体呈上升趋势,土地资源生态安全状况有好转趋势,但仍处于风险级和敏感级。研究认为,控制人口增长;加强环境以及土地生态安全保护意识的宣传和教育力度;统筹城乡发展,保护耕地,调整产业结构,发展循环低碳经济;建立生态安全补偿机制;使生态建设适应城镇化进程的脚步,是协调衡阳市生态、经济、社会可持续发展的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the related existed domestic research results and combined with the characteristics of regional economic and ecological development,the evaluation index system of land ecological security is established by taking urbanization as a driving force,using the PSR model,selecting the rate of urbanization,urban living garbage harmless treatment and built-up area green coverage rate.The index weight is determined by using the entropy method and according to the normalized index values and weights,the land ecological security comprehensive value of 2004—2013of Hengyang City has been calculated and the dynamic is analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive value of the land ecological security of Hengyang City has increased from 0.129704 in 2004to 0.853102 in 2013,and the overall trend is upward.The land resource ecological security situation is getting better,but it is still in the level of risk and sensitive.The research suggests that controlling the growth of population,strengthening the protection consciousness education and publicity of the environmental and ecological security of land,planning for entire project of urban and rural development,protecting the cultivated land,adjusting the industrial structure,developing the cycle of low carbon economy,establishing a compensation mechanism of the ecological safety and making the ecology construction to adapt to the pace of urbanization are the keys to coordinate the sustainable development of the ecology,economy and society of Hengyang City.更多还原
