海底热流长期观测系统中低功耗测温单元的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Low-Power Temperature Measuring Circuit for Long-term Heat Flow Observation
【摘要】 为满足在底水温度波动较大的海域进行海底热流原位长期观测的需求,研制了一种低功耗温度长期采集电路,并与钛合金耐压外壳集成为微型自容式测温单元,在室内和海上进行了一系列测试。室内测试结果表明:当测温电路进行连续采集时,其平均动态电流为2.1 m A;当电路不进行采集工作保持低功耗状态时,整个测温电路的电流消耗达到最低值,实测为4μA,达到预期设计指标。通过将微型测温单元捆绑在海底地震仪上,在南海西沙和东沙海域成功进行了6个站位的海底原位底水温度长期观测测试,获取了最长约17 d的底水温度波动数据,验证了测量电路的稳定性和实用性。
【Abstract】 To meet the needs of in-situ long-term observation on seafloor heat flow in sea areas with obvious water temperature variation, a kind of low-power and long-term temperature measuring circuit is designed and then integrated with titanium alloy pressure-resistance shell to form a micro self-contained temperature measuring probe, which has undergone a series of laboratory and sea tests. The results from laboratory tests show that when the circuit conducts continuous acquisition, the average dynamic current is 2.1 m A; and when the circuit stops working and keeps in low power consumption state, the whole circuit only expends 4 μA current,reaching expected design requirements. Meanwhile, in-situ long-term observation on water temperature is successfully carried out for 6 sites in the Xisha and Dongsha Areas in the South China Sea by bundling the temperature measuring probe to the seafloor seismometer. The variation data of water temperature are obtained with the longest period of 17 d, so as to validate the stability and practicability of the low-power temperature measuring circuit.
