鱼类多聚免疫球蛋白受体(pIgR)研究进展

【摘要】 鱼类皮肤、鳃、消化道等黏膜相关淋巴组织及其表面的黏液是鱼类抵御外界病原入侵的第一道防线,而其局部的特异性免疫应答对病原体的抵御更加重要。黏膜免疫系统以分泌型抗体(SIgs)为主要的防御因子,多聚体IgM、IgT等黏膜免疫球蛋白通过多聚免疫球蛋白受体(pIgR)介导的转胞吐作用被转运穿过黏膜上皮细胞,以SIgs形式分泌到黏膜表面,在鱼类黏膜免疫防御中发挥重要作用。硬骨鱼类pIgR研究在近年来成为日渐活跃的领域,本文综述了有关鱼类pIgR基因与结构、表达分布、功能及表达调节等方面的研究进展,有助于促进对pIgR在鱼类黏膜免疫中作用的理解。

【Abstract】 The mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues of teleost fish is subdivided into gut-,skin-,and gillassociated lymphoid tissue,form the first defensive line against invading aquatic pathogens,and these tissues have a mucosal immune system that involves local immune responses.One of the most important defensive molecules in this mucosal immune system is the secretory immunoglobulins(SIgs).The polymeric IgM and IgT in fish play an important role in mucosal immunity.To exert the protective effect,the polymeric Igs must be transported to the mucosal surface across the epithelial cells;this process is called transcytosis and mediated by polymeric immunoglobulin receptor(pIgR).The polymeric Ig is captured by pIgR on the basolateral surface of epithelial cells and transcytosed to the opposite side of the cells.The pIgR-pIg complex is expressed on the apical surface of mucosal epithelial cells and proteolytically cleaved to generateSIgs.Teleost pIgR research in recent years has become increasingly active.This review described the current understanding and recent progress in this field including pIgR gene and structure,tissue express,biological function and express regulation,which will contribute to understand the roles of pIgR in fish mucosal immunity.
