【摘要】 目的分析口腔颌面外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物的情况,为Ⅰ类切口手术合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院口腔颌面外科2015年1月~2015年7月间出院的460例Ⅰ类切口手术病历资料进行回顾性分析,对抗菌药物应用的合理性进行分析与评价。结果Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率为21%。抗菌药物用药频度以头孢硫脒(使用比例37%)和头孢替唑钠(使用比例42%)使用频率较高。术前未用者29例,术前用药67例,术后用药92例,预防给药时机不当者4例,术后用药时间不合理者11例。单一用药95例,二联用药3例。抗菌药物不合理用药共计22例。结论本院口腔颌面外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物合理性基本符合要求,但也存在不合理现象,需要采取有效、可行的干预措施,提高抗菌药物应用的合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents for patients at oral and maxillofacial surgery with Ⅰ incision,to provides the basis for rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods The medical records of 460 patients with Ⅰ incision surgery at oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital from January to July in 2015 were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs. Results The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs in the type Ⅰ incision surgery was 21%. Cefathiamidine( with the proportion of37%) and ceftezole sodium( with the proportion of 42%) were the antimicrobial drugs that had been use more frequently. The patients who did not take the antimicrobial drugs before operation were 29 cases,who taked were 67 cases. While there were 92 patients who taked the drugs after operation,4 patients who taked the drugs for prevention at the inappropriate time and 11 cases who irrational taked the drugs after operation. Among the cases,there were 95 cases using only one type of drugs and 3 cases taked the two drugs. In summary,there were 22 cases with irrational use of antibacterial drugs. Conclusion The rationality of preventive use of antimicrobial agents meats basic requirements in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacialsurgery with Ⅰ class incision,but also with unreasonable phenomenon,and effective and feasible intervention measures should be taken to improve the rationality of the application of antibacterial agents.更多还原
