盐胁迫对不同品种豇豆种子萌发的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on Characteristics of Seed Germination of Four Cowpea(Vignaunguiculata) Varieties
【摘要】 以4个豇豆(Vignaunguiculata Linn)品种的种子作为材料,采用不同浓度的Na Cl溶液进行胁迫处理,研究了盐胁迫对种子发芽率、发芽指数和盐害指数及幼苗根系活力的影响。结果表明:随着盐胁迫程度的增加,各个豇豆品种呈现出一定的差异;4种豇豆种子对低盐浓度(≤25 mmol/L)表现出一定的适应性,低盐胁迫对种子发芽率影响较小,而对发芽指数的影响则较大;随着盐浓度的增加,各个豇豆种子的盐害指数呈递增的趋势,较高浓度的盐胁迫对4个品种的萌发与幼苗根系活力有较强的抑制作用;在50 mmol/L的盐浓度下,德州白条的盐害指数最低,并显著低于德州灰嘴、禹城18粒和德州紫皮,而德州灰嘴的盐害指数明显高于其它品种。综合分析认为,耐盐能力最强的品种为德州白条,其次为德州紫皮和禹城18粒,而德州灰嘴的耐盐能力最差。
【Abstract】 Effects of salt stress on the seed germination of four cowpea(Vignaunguiculata) varieties(Dezhouhuizui, Yucheng 18 li, Dezhouzipi and Dezhoubaitiao) were tested. Seeds were treated in different concentration of Nacl solution, and the germination percentage, germination index and salt injury index of the four varieties were determined. Results indicated that different seed varieties had different salt stress reaction under the condition of Nacl salt stress when compared to the control? the relative germination rates of all varieties of cowpea seeds were affected weakly in low concentrations salt stress(≤25 mmol/L), while the relative seed germination indexes were decreased significantly? the relative salt injury index presented a variation tendency of increasing with the increase in salt concentration, and the salt stress with high concentrations had strongly inhibitory effects on the seed germination and root activity of seedling? When the salt concentration was 50 mmol/L, the salt injury index of Dezhoubaitiao was the minimum and had significantly differences from that of the varieties of Dezhouhuizui, Yucheng 18 li and Dezhouzipi, while the salt injury index of Dezhouhuizui was obviously increased compared with the other varieties. As a result, Dezhoubaitiao had better salt tolerance than three other varieties, and Dezhouzipi and Yucheng 18 li were inferior, while Dezhouhuizui was the most susceptible variety.
