【摘要】 为探讨及筛选对红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)高效低毒的氟虫腈有效剂型。将氟虫腈制成液体与干粉饵剂,采用饵剂诱杀的方法评价其对红火蚁的野外防治效果。结果表明,2种氟虫腈饵剂对红火蚁均具有很好的防控效果。0.05%氟虫腈液体饵剂作用迅速、高效,药后3 d,0.05%氟虫腈液体饵剂的蚁巢减退率达72%,且随时间的增长,活动蚁巢减退率不断提高,18 d蚁巢减退率、活动工蚁减退率均达100%,而0.05%氟虫腈干粉饵剂作用效果缓慢、持久,药后1~6 d内蚁巢未见消退,药后6 d蚁巢减退率才逐渐上升,32 d后才达100%。由此可见,氟虫腈防控红火蚁效果迅速、高效、稳定;既可以作干粉毒饵,也可以作水剂毒饵。同时建议使用氟虫腈水剂毒饵来防控红火蚁。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore and screen effective but with low toxicity dosage forms of fipronil against red imported fire ants, bait luring method was used. Fipronil in liquid and dry baits was used against red imported fire ants in fields, and control effects were evaluated. Results showed as follows: two kinds of fipronil baits against red imported fire ants had good control effects? 0.05% fipronil liquid baits took effect quickly and efficiently? after 3 d, the nest decline rate of 0.05% fipronil liquid baits was 72%, and the rate continuously improved over time? the decline rates of activity worker ants and the nest all were 100% in 18 d? the effect of 0.05% fipronil dry baits was slow but durable, and the ant nest didn’t fade within 1-6 d? the nest decline rate rose gradually after 6 d, and reached up to 100% after 32 d. So, the control effect of 0.05% fipronil baits against fire ants was quick, efficient, and stable. It could be used either as dry baits or liquid baits, and thus 0.05% fipronil liquid baits are recommend to be used to control against red imported fire ants.更多还原
