海藻酸盐阻燃棉织物的制备与性能研究
Study on the Preparation and Properties of Alginate Flame Retardant Cotton Fabrics
【摘要】 以自阻燃的海藻酸钙对棉织物进行阻燃整理,并利用FTIR及SEM对各阶段产物进行表征,通过氧指数及热重分析对样品的阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:棉织物经预处理后,分子结构中引入了氨基;海藻酸钙的添加使棉织物的氧指数与残炭量明显升高,且随着钙离子浓度的增大而递增,有效提高了棉织物的热稳定性与阻燃性能。
【Abstract】 The calcium alginate, which was self flame-retardant, was used for flame-retardant finishing of cotton fabric, and the Fourier trans-formed infrared(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were employed to characterize the products, the flame retardance of samples was characterized by limited oxygen index(LOI) and thermogravimetry analysis(TGA). The results showed that the amino was introduced in the molecule structure of cotton fabric after the pre-treatment. There was an obvious increase in carbon residue and LOI of the flame retardant samples compared with that of the pure cotton sample, and they would increase with the rising calcium alginate content. The addition of calcium alginate could efficient-ly improve the thermal stability and flame retardance of cotton fabric.
