滴定分析法与抑制型离子色谱法测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中碳酸氢根离子的比较
Comparative study on the determination of bicarbonate in Bicarbonated ringer’s injection by Titrimetric method and Suppressed ion chromatography
【摘要】 目的比较研究滴定分析法与抑制型离子色谱法测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中碳酸氢根离子的方法学。方法分别采用两种方法测定碳酸氢根离子并进行方法学验证,比较二者的标准曲线、精密度和回收率等参数。结果滴定分析法与离子色谱法的线性回归方程分别为:Y=7.400X+0.1386(r=0.9997)、Y=0.9373X+0.5442(r=0.9999),线性范围均为0.890~2.046 mg·m L-1;日内RSD分别为0.4%、3.4%,日间RSD分别为0.3%、4.6%,平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)、104.7%(RSD=7.5%,n=9)。结论滴定分析法的线性、精密度及回收率良好,更适合测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中碳酸氢根的含量。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the determination of bicarbonate in Bicarbonated ringer’s injection by Titrimetric method and Suppressed ion chromatography.METHODS The methods were validatied on determining the bicarbonate and their standard curves,precisions and recoveries were compared.RESULTS The linear regression equations of Titrimetric method and Suppressed ion chromatography were Y = 7.400 X + 0.1386(r = 0.9997) and Y = 0.9373 X + 0.5442(r = 0.9999) within the range of 0.89-2.046mg·m L-1,the intra-day RSD of Titrimetric method and Suppressed ion chromatography were 0.4% and 3.4%,the inter-day RSD were 0.3% and 4.6%.The average recoveries were 99.7%(RSD = 1.3%,n = 9) and 104.7%(RSD = 7.5%,n = 9),respectively.CONCLUSION The results indicated that Titrimetric method had better linearity,precision and accuracy than Suppressed ion chromatography.Titrimetric method is suitable for the determination of bicarbonate in Bicarbonated ringer’s injection.
